At Reembu, your satisfaction and your pet's happiness come first. We want you to shop with complete confidence, so if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept return requests made after this 30-day window has passed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.
  • Free of pet hair, dirt, odors, and any signs of wear or use.

Items that are returned used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

Start Your Return — Contact Us First

Please contact our support team before shipping anything back to us. To begin a return, email us at harnoor.siddak@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and send you clear instructions, including the correct return address.

Important: Please contact our support team to receive the authorized return shipping address details for your specific region (United States or Canada). Returns shipped to an unauthorized warehouse address without our provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label cannot be tracked or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is not covered unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we're truly sorry — and we'll make it right. Please email us at harnoor.siddak@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including grooming consumables such as eye wipes and any items marked as final sale. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing or returning.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes or cancellations before your order has shipped.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need assistance with an exchange, please reach out to us at support@reembu.com
