Our story
Reembu began with a familiar frustration. As pet owners ourselves, we were tired of wading through shelves and search results full of flimsy, overpriced, and often misleading pet products — gear that looked good in a photo but let us (and our pets) down in real life. We wanted something better for the animals who count on us, and we couldn't find a store we fully trusted to provide it.
So we set out to build one. Reembu is our answer to that frustration: a place where pet owners can shop for travel, comfort, grooming, and everyday essentials without second-guessing what they're getting. We're a small, Canada-based team working out of Calgary, Alberta, and every product we list is chosen with one simple question in mind — would we use it for our own pets?
What we focus on
Rather than trying to stock everything, we keep our range tight and practical, centred on the things pets and their people actually reach for every day:
- Travel & car: seat covers, carriers, slings, and harnesses that make getting around with your pet safer and cleaner.
- Feeding & hydration: elevated bowls, water fountains, and slow-feeder mats designed around your pet's comfort and health.
- Grooming: gentle brushes, clippers, gloves, and combs that make at-home care calmer for both of you.
- Comfort & safety at home: hammocks, pet stairs, barriers, and litter accessories that fit real living spaces.

Shipping & returns
- 30-day returns. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days — just get in touch and we'll help you sort it out.
- 8–14 business day shipping. Orders typically arrive within 8 to 14 business days. We'll always keep you posted if anything affects your delivery.
